Welcome to AfroLife.TV

The time has come for our culture to go beyond just setting trends. It’s time to own who we are.

Welcome to the streaming video on demand destination for our culture.

As a young boy, I remember watching some of my favorite movies like Gremlins, ET, and Back To the Future. While those were amazing films, they all had one thing in common: nobody in them looked like me or anyone in my family. Movies and shows like Beverly Hills Cop, Coming to America and Good Times had a dramatic effect on me, which made a lasting impression.

The importance of seeing us in movies and media has a powerful impact on who we are and our society, which is what drove me to start AfroLife.TV.

In the coming weeks you will have the opportunity to experience AfroLife and in the coming months you’ll have the opportunity to find us at national events such as American Black Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festivals, and others.

I’m very excited to rollout our content library in 2018. We’ve partnered with some of the world’s most innovative studios and independent filmmakers to bring you your favorite movies and shows. We are also creating original programming that will be exclusive to AfroLife.TV.

Our time is now, so get connected to AfroLife.TV.
